Radius Agents are compensated more for their own direct efforts than for the efforts of those they refer. There is no registration fee and no MLM "matrix".

No. Radius will provide you with all the basics, free of charge. Should you wish to order personalized products or promotional items, they are available for purchase in the Agent Online Store. Such items include apparel, personalized business cards, car magnets, etc.

There are no formal expectations or quotas. You are encouraged to work at your own pace, on your own schedule. We just ask that you work ethically, representing Radius honestly and with integrity.

No. Agents are independent contractors. As such, you will receive a 1099 from Radius Payments at the end of the year. You are responsible for your own benefits, like health insurance, disability insurance, etc.

No. As an independent contractor, you're considered self-employed for tax purposes. From Radius you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year, and you are responsible for claiming this income and paying all taxes.
