
Charles Hogan has over a decade of experience in financial services and payment processing. Prior to founding Radius, he was Executive Vice President of CKC Holdings where he led acquisitions and business development for the firm. During that time, he managed a financial and organizational restructuring of the firm and successfully negotiated various contracts with key banks, vendors, and partners. Prior to CKC, Charles served for four years as the President and CEO of Direct Merchant Service, Inc., one of the largest Independent Sales Organizations for Humboldt Bank, sold to I-Payments, Inc. in 2003. Charles holds an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Phoenix where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Prior to joining Radius, Michael was the Vice President of Sales for Signature Card Services where he managed a nationwide distribution network comprised of more than 500 agents. At Radius, Michael oversees all phases of the daily management of our growing merchant portfolio, including Customer Support, Sales Partner Support, Underwriting, and Training. Before entering the payments industry following a career-ending automobile accident, Michael competed with Tiger Woods as a professional golfer. A published author on the topic of golf, Michael has coached professional athletes and has received numerous awards for his athletic endeavors.
Prior to joining Radius, Dave was Managing Director for Paradigm Global Investments, LTD. There, he spearheaded the company's IT efforts while developing cash flow analytics for fixed income funds up to 60 million USD. Prior to that, Dave spearheaded the successful technical integration of two domestic insurance companies as VP & Director of IT for Safeco Select Insurance Services, which was purchased by Assurant Specialty Property. Dave holds an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business and a BS in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. In recognition of his business efforts, he was invited to attend Safeco's Leadership Summit in 2005; he received Informatica's Insight Award at its 2003 World Conference; and has received numerous other awards and accolades.
Since 1994, Susan Watkins has put her extensive marketing experience to work in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Radius, she founded Periapt Consulting, Irvine, CA. Prior to that, she served as Director of Marketing Communications for Saunders Hotel Group, Boston, MA. Throughout her career, she has exhibited a passion for corporate branding across various media, including print, online, and now via social networking channels. Susan holds a BA in Art History with a minor in French from Williams College, Williamstown, MA. She also studied at the Université de Paris-Sorbonne, Paris, France (French language and history) and at Massachusetts College of Art, Boston, MA (graphic design). Outside of work, Susan volunteers her marketing and design services to a number of non-profits in her local community.
Dr. Tim S. Campbell is Professor of Finance and Business Economics and Academic Director of the Executive MBA Program in the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Tim teaches corporate finance and strategy in the MBA program and in executive education programs at USC. He has twice been selected as the outstanding instructor in the EMBA program. From 1994 through 1997, he served as Deputy Dean of the Marshall School of Business and had overall responsibility for the management of all of the school's graduate, undergraduate and executive programs. Tim formerly served on the faculty at the University of Utah and on the staff of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. He received his Ph. D. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
